we need as Volunteers and Stuff.
1.We need participants in the Makers Bible
Study. - Regular
Users-Members.
2.Need writers ( to write some of the main discoveries in the study )
and for them to help other users in the forum. Writer

3.We need super
writers ( to verify the writers are in the plan of the
Makers not just to write what they want), this will be
important to monitor the Forum and discussions. We assume people will
just study the bible and follow our instructions but remember the
“free
will” and that will make each user to do what they
“think” without
following the simple rules : talk with the Makers make a relationship
with them and have respect. Super

4.We will need people
to translate the site in different languages ,
this is important for some important passages to be cross languages.
Translator-Language
( for example for Chinese, Iran, Iraq, Hindi, Spanish, Romania,
Hungary, Poland etc. )
5.We will need people
to help in making there home ( or business ,
church ) the place for the bible study with the Makers ), Home
Host.
6. We will need
computers experts to get some of the web site
administration under control. Computer-Authority.
7. We will need
: Programmers
, Staff-Moderator, Moderators, Conference Coordinator, Staff Conference
Coordinator. More of this positions will come in time and I
like to have your suggestions too ( under the forum ) I
expect most of the "Staff" titles to work full time for the
MakersBibleStudy.
8. More volunteers
and/or full time employment for other tasked will be needed. We
are at starting point now and most of the people we will need for this
web site day to day tasked will come from Regular Members. Each new
member need to work the Study and reach a certain level and after that
we will ask them ( or they can ask us ) for different positions. I hope
is understood that each will work for the Makers and the Makers need to
do the "hiring".
The most important people will be chosen in
general by the Makers from
a group of volunteers. We will have a list and from that list we will
have a general meeting for the ones to have an important task to
perform and go from one position to the other.
I will like for each of you to understand that these are the
high lites
and this may change from time to time, this is mostly the web
site
development and that need to be taken care by many people. The more
register users , more developers and supervisors.
On the donation part, I will encourage people to donate to the site, so
when the web site will have millions of register users , we will be
able to “hire” volunteers and get them a way to pay for
there “bills”.
We will try as much as possible to embark under the "Reverse
Engineering live style" - I will explain this later on.
This will be only for a small number of “volunteers” and
this will have
different levels, some will be full time , some part time, and some
only when they consider.
I expect for a long time I need to take care of most of this and I hope
some of you will join me in this challenging road.
We will have the Registration so you can make notes on this options we
have here , and maybe to have some radio buttons for some of this
“jobs”.
Of course we will reserve the right not to accept and reject any
member .
Any bad behavior under this site will take your membership privileges
out and in some cases we will ban you from reaching the site. On the
top of this Makers will take care of you when they will consider.
Please watch your behavior on the site, may not seem to be a much
problem but I can assure you this may be very damaging to you.
