did is start Time Table for

Certification What about the countries with not Internet connection and electricity,
In my opinion with time most of the countries will adopt in one form or other the Internet . In this way the Internet Country will be able to expend and our study and research will grow.
Just in case in some places will not be Internet access, we will plan to send people to help the locals access the Internet via the satellite and eventually setup " Makers Bible Study Cafes " so people in vicinity will participate to the Study and Research. I think will be very important for this people to be part of the study , just because there living and mental setup is much closer to Makers, they probably leave a closer life to them without so much "branding" in there system - and for sure we can learn a lot from them.
Is important to understand this is a long term commitment to the MakersBibleStudy and in 50 years or 100 years or just closed to 400 years the technology and our system on Earth will change. What we need to do is to make sure this will not be lost and people devoted to this research and study will be there to continue our work. So when you participate in the MakersBibleStudy don't forgot to involve your children and there children so this will continue after we will leave the Earth.
